Who can use Drawvy
You can use Drawvy if you are 13 or older. Younger children may use it only with a parent or guardian, who is responsible for their use, for purchases and for the parental gate. Drawvy asks for age neutrally at first launch to apply the right settings.
The service
Drawvy offers drawing lessons, a drawing canvas, a camera trace tool, a drawing journal and optional AI feedback. We may change, add or remove features or lessons, and some features need an internet connection.
Free use and Premium
Drawvy is free to download. A set of lessons and features is free and supported by ads. Premium unlocks all lessons, AI feedback with a higher limit, removes ads and allows more profiles. What is included is shown in the app before you buy.
Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
We may offer weekly or yearly subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Price, period, any free trial and the date a trial ends are shown before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
- Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies
- Use Restore purchases to get Premium back on a new device
AI feedback
AI feedback is educational guidance created by an AI model. It can be wrong, and it is not a professional evaluation. Use it as one input to your learning. Usage limits apply and can change. See the privacy policy for how photos are handled.
Content and your drawings
The app, lessons, illustrations and the Drawvy name are owned by us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them in the app. Do not copy, resell or scrape lessons. Your drawings are yours. You may share them, and the share card includes the Drawvy mark.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer our services, bypass limits or parental gates, or send unlawful or harmful images to AI feedback.
Third-party services
The app uses third-party services such as Apple, Google, Firebase, AdMob, Supabase, RevenueCat and Anthropic. Their own terms apply to their services.
Disclaimer and liability
Drawvy is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer or liability that cannot be limited.
Ending use
You can stop using Drawvy at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if you seriously break these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. Your local consumer protection law applies where it gives you more rights. Contact us through the email on the contact page.
