Delete in the app
Follow these steps on your phone:
- Open Drawvy and go to Settings
- Tap Delete my data
- Read the summary and confirm
- The app removes your data and returns to its first-launch state
What is deleted
The action deletes:
- Local data on your device: profiles, progress, streaks, XP, badges, drawings, journal photos, AI results and settings
- Your anonymous server records at Supabase and the anonymous ID itself, including your push token if you had one
What is not deleted
Some data is held by others and is outside the app:
- Purchases and subscriptions are held by Apple or Google. Cancel a subscription in your store settings, as deleting data does not cancel it
- Anonymous analytics and crash data held by Firebase is not linked to a name and is deleted under Google's retention settings
- Copies in your iCloud or Google backups stay until you delete those backups
If you already uninstalled the app
Uninstalling removes the drawings on your device. Anonymous server records contain no name or email, and a reinstall creates a new anonymous ID, so old records cannot be linked back to you. If you want us to look into your case, email us with your device model, the approximate dates you used the app and the app version. We answer within 30 days and will tell you honestly if we cannot find a record.
AI feedback photos
Photos sent for AI feedback are not stored by us, so there is nothing to delete on our side. Results saved in your journal are removed with the steps above.
